Jams/jellies: Peach Honey

  • 12 peaches
  • 1 c. sugar for each c. of fruit
  • 1 orange
     
 
Peel peaches. Put through chopper. Remove seeds from one orange, grind and add to peaches. Use 1 cup of sugar for each cup of fruit. Boil 20 minutes. Seal in jars. [Recipe Note:] Maraschino cherries and nuts can be added to make it a conserve.
