Jams/jellies: Blueberry-raspberry Jam

  • 1 qt. blueberries
  • 1 qt. red raspberries
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 1 pouch Certo
Crush berries. Measure 4 cups of berries. Add sugar, mix well. Heat to full rolling boil; boil hard 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in Certo and cook 1 minutes. Stir 5 minutes. Pour in jars with lids and seal.
