A Team Chicken
|
- 1 med. green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10-oz.) can hot, diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 c. corn chips
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

| Preheat oven to 325°. In a large saucepan, cook peppers and onions in melted margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. Add soups, tomatoes and green chilies, and chicken; stir until well blended. In a 13x9-inch baking pan, layer corn chips, mixture, and top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling. |
