Bar-b-que Meat Balls

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 1/2 T. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
     
 
Crush 2 slices of bread in 1/2 cup milk. Add hamburger. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll into small balls and place in casserole. Mix together bell pepper, onion, sugar, worcestershire sauce, catsup, water and vinegar. Pour over meat balls and bake until done. Use cover on bowl.
