Stir softened oleo, brown sugar, 3/4 cup nuts and vanilla. Sift flour with baking powder; then stir into butter mixture. Shape dough by pressing into a teaspoon lightly, turn upside down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for about 6 to 8 minutes. Cool. Melt chocolate chips and dip large end of cookie (3/4), then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
