Brown Rice Casserole

  • 1 c. minute rice
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 3/4 env. onion soup mix
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
      
 
Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
