Helen's Fruit Salad

  • 2 to 3 bananas, chunked
  • 1 large can chunked pineapple, drained, reserving juice
  • 1 large bunch red seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
  • sugar to taste
     
 
Mix bananas, pineapple, grapes and marshmallows in large bowl. Pour the pineapple juice, egg and sugar (enough to taste) in a sauce pan and heat. Whisk in enough flour until a pudding consistency is reached. Fold in whipped cream. Gently stir into fruit and serve.
