Helen's Fruit Salad
|
- 2 to 3 bananas, chunked
- 1 large can chunked pineapple, drained, reserving juice
- 1 large bunch red seedless grapes, halved
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- sugar to taste

| Mix bananas, pineapple, grapes and marshmallows in large bowl. Pour the pineapple juice, egg and sugar (enough to taste) in a sauce pan and heat. Whisk in enough flour until a pudding consistency is reached. Fold in whipped cream. Gently stir into fruit and serve. |
