Broccoli Cheese Casserole

  • 1 stick margarine
  • Small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • Small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 3 c. cooked rice
     
 
Saute onion in butter 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Add broccoli and saute an additional minute or two. Place mixture in a casserole dish, and stir in soup, water, Cheez Whiz and rice. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until cheese bubbles on top.
