Chicken Rounds

  • 1 can Hungry Jack Biscuits 10 count
  • 5 oz. can White Chicken, undrained
  • 8 oz. Water Chestnuts
  • 8 oz. Swiss Cheese
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 t. Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 t. Curry Powder
     
 
Separate biscuits into 3 thin sections, put on a baking stone. In bowl add chicken and broth. Chop water chestnuts, add to chicken. Add cheese and chopped onions to bowl, mix. Add lemon juice and curry, mix. Place a small scoop on each biscuit. Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
