Combine 7-Up and marshmallows. Stir over low heat until marshmallows melt. Add lime jello to hot mixture. Beat cream cheese well and add to gelatin mixture. Whip thoroughly. Add pineapple with juice, and walnuts. Chill until partially set. Combine mayonnaise with whipped cream. Fold into gelatin.
