Cranberry Cornbread Stuffing
|
- 1 16 oz. cornbread stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 8 oz. ctn. of cream cheese with onions or chives
- 1/ c. frozen cranberries, halved
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans

| Combine seasoning packet from stuffing mix, water, celery and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, stir well,Stir in stuffing, cranberries and pecans. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
