Winter Fruit Salad

  • 3 - 4 apples
  • 1 can pineapple, drained
  • Light whipped cream

Peel and core apples. Cut into cubes. Dip them in a water/lemon juice mixture to retain color. Drain. Mix apples and pineapple chunks. Spray on a little whipped cream and combine. We started using this in the winter when all the wonderful summer fruits are in hibernation! It gives a hint of freshness. You can use any fruits, but we have found these two to go very well together. It keeps well in the fridge for a day or two, also.
