Combine milk, butter and sugar; cool. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add yeast mixture, eggs, and salt to milk mixture. Add 4 C. flour and beat until satiny. Cover and let rise until bubbly. Continue adding flour until a stiff batter is formed, knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled. Shape into rolls and let rise until very light. Bake 20 minutes at 375°.
