In a large container, mix together Quik, sugar, Coffeemate, and powdered milk. Store mixture in 5 qt. ice cream pail. When ready to serve, combine 1/3 C. chocolate mix with 1 C. hot water. Stir to dissolve mix. Makes 1 cup.
