E'claire Cake

  • 2 3 oz pkgs vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 3 oz pkg chocolate instant pudding
  • 8 oz tub Cool Whip
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts
     
 
In a large dessert pan or casserole dish, layer a single layer of graham crackers. Prepare 1 pkg vanilla pudding according to package directions. As it begins to thicken, add 1/3 of the Cool Whip and pour over crackers. Repeat layers with chocolate pudding mix on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate overnight for best texture.
