Finger Jello

  • 5 pkgs. Knox gelatin
  • 2 & 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. flavored jello
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. cold water
Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water. Stir for several minutes. In a pan, bring jello, sugar and 2 cups of water to a boil. Stir in the Knox gelatin water. Add 1 more cup of cold water. Stir. Pour into a dish and set in the refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares.
