Diabetic Cobbler

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar plus 6 packets sweet-n-low
  • 3/4 c. canned skim milk
  • 1 pkg. dry butter buds mix
  • 1 (21 oz.) fruit pie filling lite
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 packets sweet-n-low
     
 
Mix pie filling, 1 packet of sweet-n-low and almond extract together. Pour into square 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 dish that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and canned milk. Sprinkle butter buds on top of fruit. Pour batter mix over fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 packet sweet-n-low on top of batter. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
