Mix pie filling, 1 packet of sweet-n-low and almond extract together. Pour into square 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 dish that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and canned milk. Sprinkle butter buds on top of fruit. Pour batter mix over fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 packet sweet-n-low on top of batter. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
