Chicken Salad

  • 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 c. halved, seedless white grapes
  • 2 oz. pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 T. finely chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
     
 
Combine chicken, grapes, and almonds. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, and salt. Mix lightly with chicken. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
