Chicken Salad
|
- 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 c. halved, seedless white grapes
- 2 oz. pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 T. finely chopped onion
- Salt to taste

| Combine chicken, grapes, and almonds. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, and salt. Mix lightly with chicken. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving. |
