Bacon Crisps

  • 1 box Waverly crackers
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced lean bacon
     
 
Cut each strip of bacon in half. Wrap each piece lengthwise over a cracker. Be sure ends are turned under. Place on a broiler pan and bake in a 250-275 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately or may be frozen and reheated.
