Artichoke Bake

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • Dash Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper
  • Crackers or corn chips
     
 
Drain artichoke hearts and tear into small bits. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly buttered casserole dish. Bake @ 350° until bubbly, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot as a dip with crackers or corn chips.
