Waffles

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 lg. eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 T. sugar
     
 
Melt butter, add milk and eggs, beat until blended. Add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix. Pour 1 cup batter onto hot waffle iron. Serve with waffle sauce.
