Coffee Cake Rolls

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 T. lemon flavoring
  • 4 c. flour
     
 
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Scald milk, add margarine, salt, & sugar. Cool a little, add yeast, eggs, lemon flavoring & flour. Stir until combined. Dough will be sticky. Cover and refrigerate over night. Roll dough to 1/4 - 1/2-inch thick rectangle. Do not butter. Sprinkle a cinnamon/sugar mixture over dough. Roll up rectangle and cut in 1-inch slices. Put on a greased pan. Flatten with a rolling pin or the palm of your hand. Do not let rise. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes. Remove from pan right away.
