Joann's Bundt Double-rich Chocolate Cake

  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2-1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 c. pecans, (optional)
  • 8 Hershey's Candy Bars
     
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together; margarine and sugar. Add eggs; one at a time, beating after each one. Sift flour and soda together. Add flour, buttermilk, chocolate syrup and nuts to creamed mixture; beat well. In the microwave; melt candy bars. Stir into batter by hand. Bake in bundt cake pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5-10 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean. Remove and cool. *This is a very moist cake. One for the chocoholic in us!
