Quick & Easy Goulash

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 pt. canned tomatoes
  • 1 lg. can mushrooms
  • 1 (15-oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1/4 lb. Mozzarella or American cheese
     
 
In large skillet, brown ground chuck with salt and pepper and onion; drain. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add tomatoes and mushrooms to ground chuck mixture. Bring to simmer. Add corn and macaroni. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir cheese into mixture until melted.
