Pre heat oven 350° F (180° C). Cut rind from cheese; cut centre into ¾ inch cubes. Chop green onions and mix with chopped walnuts. Stack 3 sheets of filo pastry brushing first two sheets with some of the melted butter. Cut filo sheets into 5 x 4 inch pieces. In the centre of each piece place 1 teaspoon of walnut/onion mixture and top with a cube of the brie cheese. Pull up corners of filo pastry and crimp together above the filling. (be careful Not to overfill each piece or it may burst open whilst cooking). Place on cookie sheets and repeat process to make 24 kisses. Bake, in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until browned. Serve Hot
