1. Slowly melt chocolate in top of a double boiler over simmering water
2. Combine cereals, pretzels, peanuts and M&M's in a large bowl
3. Slowly pour melted chocolate over mixture and stir until evenly coated.
4. Spread the mixture on wax paper and allow to cool.
5. Break into small pieces
6. Store in an airtight container.
6. Refrigerate to keep mix fresh.
