With adult help, pour some of the batter into the glass measuring cup. Pour some batter inside each of the ice cream cones, leaving about a one inch space from the top. Refill glass measuring cup, pouring batter into cones until all remaining cones are filled. Place ice cream cones in a muffin pan. Bake filled cones in 350º oven for 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Once completely cooled, frost tops with icing using the knife. Decorate each frosted cone with jimmies and sprinkles.
