Cake: Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in well-greased and floured bundt cake pant at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. Frost with chocolate chip frosting as follows:
Frosting: Mix in saucepan margarine, milk and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and chocolate chips. Beat until chips are melted. Spread on warm cake. This is a creamy glossy frosting. Cake serves 24. Note: Instead of frosting cake, you may sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
