Peel and grate the potatos and the onions using the fine shredding disc of a food processor. Melt the margarine and mix with all the other ingredients. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour the mixture in and cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the foil and bake for another hour or until golden brown.
