Deep Dish Chicken Pie

  • 1 chicken, boiled, deboned, & chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. self rising flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. buttermilk
     
 
Place chicken in 9 x 11 casserole dish. Bring soup and broth to boil. Pour over chicken. Combine flour, butter, and buttermilk and spread over chicken. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
