Cucumber Pickles
|
- 2 gal. cucumbers
- 2 cups onions sliced thin
- 3 cups green peppers, sliced
- 1 cup red pepper, sliced
- 1 cup salt
- 2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 Tbs. celery seed
- 1/2 cup mustard seed
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 10 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 8 cups vinegar

| Mix cucumbers, onion, green and red peppers. Pour salt over and let stand 4 hours, then drain. Combine mustard celery seed, mustard seed, cinnamon, sugar, water and vinegar. Pour over cucumber mix and heat through to 130 degrees. Put in jars. |
