Angel Chicken Pasta

  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 can gold mushroom soup
  • 4 oz. cream cheese with chives
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked
In small saucepan, melt butter. Add dressing mix. Blend in wine with wire whisk. Stir in undiluted can of soup. Blend in cream cheese; stir until smooth, and heat through gently. Arrange chicken in 9x13-inch baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve over angel hair pasta. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
