Ham & Biscuit Casserole

  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1/4 tsp. celery flakes
  • 1 T. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
     
 
Combine all ingredients, microwave 10 minutes in 9 x 12 inch glass pan. Make a sauce by melting 1/4 cup butter in saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons flour, stirring constantly until smooth, gradually add 2 cups milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour over other ingredients. Top with biscuits or crescent roll dough. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
