Fig-strawberry Preserves

  • 3 c. figs, mashed
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sm. boxes strawberry Jell-O or 1 lg. family box
Cook mashed figs and sugar 20 or 25 minutes. When ready, add Jell-O and cook until dissolved (a few minutes). Pour into jars, and seal.
