Waffle Mix

  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine or oil
  • 2 stiff beaten egg whites
     
 
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine yolks, milk, and butter or oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites. May be stored in refrigerator. Makes 5 - 6.
