Peanut Butter Cream Pie

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 C. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
  • 6 T. milk
  • 1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
  • 1 9 in. graham cracker crust or chocolate graham cracker crust
  • 1/4 C. peanuts, chopped and optional
     
 
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter; mix well. Gradually add milk and stir. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill overnight.
