Chicken Stuffing Casserole

  • 3 or 4 C. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 large pkg. chicken stuffing mix
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 C. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
     
 
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; place in 5 qt. crock pot. Stir in 2 cans of soup. In mixing bowl stir together cubed chicken, 1 can soup, and milk. Add to crock pot. Spread shredded cheese over top. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours.
