Chicken Fruit Salad
|
- 2 C. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 T. onion, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 20 oz. can crushed or tidbit pineapple
- 1 C. celery, chopped
- 1/2 C. ring macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 C. green grapes, halved
- 1/2 C. slivered almonds
- 1 C. Miracle Whip
- 1 C. Cool Whip

| Mix chicken, onion, and salt together and allow to marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Add pineapple, celery, cooked macaroni, grapes, almonds and Miracle Whip to chicken and mix well. When ready to serve add 1 C. Cool Whip. Mix and serve. Yield: 8 generous servings. |
