Chicken Fruit Salad

  • 2 C. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 T. onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed or tidbit pineapple
  • 1 C. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 C. ring macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 C. green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 C. slivered almonds
  • 1 C. Miracle Whip
  • 1 C. Cool Whip
     
 
Mix chicken, onion, and salt together and allow to marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Add pineapple, celery, cooked macaroni, grapes, almonds and Miracle Whip to chicken and mix well. When ready to serve add 1 C. Cool Whip. Mix and serve. Yield: 8 generous servings.
