Helen Waid's Easy Tomato Aspic

  • 1 sm. pkg. lemon jello (use 1 1/2 pkgs. for extra solid)
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes with peppers and onions added
  • 2 T. vinegar (apple)
     
 
To 1 C. boiling water add 1 or 1 1/2 small pkgs. lemon jello. Add 1 can stewed tomatoes (chopped very fine with a fork). Add 2 T. vinegar for tartness. Refrigerate until Aspic becomes solid. Serves 6.
