Chicken Pecan Salad

  • 3 C. chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 3 T. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 C. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 C. pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 C. pickle relish
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
     
 
Combine all ingredients, mix, cover and chill well. Serves 6-8.
