Company Chicken With Herb Stuffing
|
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb-stuffing mix
- 1 boneless, skinned breast of chicken per person
- 1/2 c. butter, melted

| Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic salt and pepper in bowl. Coat chicken in mixture and then in stuffing mix. Place chicken in baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, pour melted butter over chicken. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350°. |
