  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Beat egg yolk, add oil, and milk. Add dry ingredients. Beat egg whit stiff. Fold egg white into the batter. If the batter is to thin you can add a little milk before you fold in egg whites. This makes 2 servings.
