Corn Cob Jelly

  • 12 red corn cobs
  • 3 pts. water
  • 1 pkg. sure jell
  • 4 c. sugar
     
 
Boil corn cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain 4 cups liquid from cobs. Add sure jell. Bring to a full boil. Add sugar. Boil 2-3 minutes until jelly stage. Pour into hot jars. Seal.
