Good Karma Rice
|
- 2 c. brown rice, cooked, cold
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, lightly sauteed
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 3 pimentoes, sliced
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped

| Combine cooked rice, mushroom, green pepper, chestnuts, pimento, parsley, green onion, in a salad bowl. Stir together vegetable oil, sea salt, soy sauce, wine vinegar, and mustard. Pour dressing over rice mixture. |
