Camp Beignets

  • 1 can biscuits [not flaky kind]
  • shortening
  • powdered sugar
  • brown lunch bag
     
 
Open can of biscuits and separate. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Drop into hot shortening and cook until golden. Drain on paper towels and while still hot put into paper bag with powdered sugar. Shake to coat.
