Bacon Biscuits

  • 2 c. bisquick
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
     
 
Mix bisquick, milk, oil, and egg together. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in cheese and bacon. Bake in greased muffin tins at 375° until golden brown. About 20 minutes. Makes 12 regular size muffins or 24 mini muffins.
