Cheese Danish Bars

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
     
 
Spread 1 can of rolls on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Seal seams. Whip together egg yolk, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread over dough. Spread second can of rolls over cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; frost and serve.
