Smisek's Chocolate Chip Cake
|
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 - 5 T. milk
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- powdered sugar

| Mix together four, baking powder, baking soda and salt, (sifting optional) set aside. Blend together margarine, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture until thoroughly blended. Add chocolate morsels and milk. Place in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 375° for about 30 minutes, until browned. Cool 20 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
