Nacho Salad
|
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 lg. jar taco sauce
- 1 c. lettuce (chopped)
- 1 c. tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 c. green onions (chopped)
- 12 oz. cheddar cheese

| Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco sauce together. Alternate layers of lettuce, mixture, tomatoes, mixture, onion, mixture, until you use all ingredients. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top layer. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. (You may increase amounts of lettuce, tomatoes and onion if needed.) Serve with Nacho Chips or chips of your choice. |
