Bring to a boil the butter, sugar, and Karo syrup. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Combine dry ingredients in large pan and pour liquid over dry mixture and toss gently to coat. Bake at 250° for one hour, stirring and tossing every 15 minutes. Must use larger pan than 9 x 12. Turn onto waxed paper and cool.
